At RealGreen we believe that training is a key attribute for our employees to be engaged in the work they do and grow in their skillset. For this reason, we incorporate training into our Good to Great Programme.
It is our belief that this will also assist in driving customer satisfaction, standards, productivity and staff performance.
We have been awarded 10 learnerships through AgriSeta in 2019.
BC Landscapes are conducting the training with employees who have been identified as potential candidates for promotion. This training will be held over a period of 6 months on Ornamental Horticulture level 1.
